What is a imperfect item, and how does it affect the part?
A imperfect item is a item sold with a slight scratch, blemish or imperfection in the manufacturing process (usually the powder coating), no imperfect item is the same and does not affect how the product works. Many customers never notice the imperfections.
What if I don't like the part that I receive, can I return it?
No, all parts listed are in good working order if not new and are sold As IS. These items cannot be returned.
Why are "new" products being listed in the specials area?
A "new" product may be in the specials are due to overstock, a special run item, or special pricing given to us from other manufacturers so we pass the savings on to you.
The web site says you don't have what I'm looking for on special, when will you get more?
Well we hope to never have imperfect products, but nobody is 100% perfect. Since we run large batches of products at once so its not all the time we add new products. Sometimes in these batches a few products, if any are imperfect, thus make it to the specials page. We try to get every product perfect, but at times things happen, thus we pass some savings on to the customers that are not so critical on small details as blemishes etc.
