This product requires you to cut the OE system off for this product's installation. Our system is a complete bolt-on system that requires no welding. Upon ordering you will have the ability to choose sport or stealth, uncoated or ceramic coated. Prices shown reflect sport uncoated systems.
* The stealth muffler option is cheaper if you buy it at the same time as the exhaust system. This option is located within the shopping cart as an option to the exhaust system. Do not order a standard system and then order the stealth option separately. Save money and order the stealth option at same time you order your exhaust.
 What does your exhaust sound like?
 Well this is a common question hard to explain over the phone or online. All our systems have a more mellow deep sport track tone. It does not sound outrageously loud, tin sounding, or like the "rice-burner" cars out there. We have a definite nice tone that does not interfere with hearing ability even when listening to your favorite music while driving. For those who want a really quiet ride, or are running a Race Header, our Stealth option is a must...this will save your ears and dyno proven for no loss of Horsepower or Torque. (Yes, we are planning to add quality sound clips online when time permits)
Is your system complete cat-back?
Yes & no. This is another misconception, since all focus zetec exhaust systems are extension/flex pipe back due to the location of the catalytic converter on the Focus. All of our exhausts come complete with instructions, necessary clamps, bolts, and gasket rerquired for installation.
Will your stealth muffler work on my non-FocusSport exhaust?
Most likely not. They are made to fit our systems.
What is the Wurth exhaust assembly paste for?
Well this is a very inexpensive lube and sealant that will ease the slip pipe install & help seal the exhaust. It is not required for installation, but couldn't hurt for that extra protection.

FocusSport Performance Exhaust Systems
FocusSport performance exhaust systems are designed and manufactured with the performance enthusiast in mind. We use 2.25" diameter mandrel bent aluminized steel tubing in our designs to ensure maximum flow and horsepower. All systems come with a resonator and our exclusive stainless steel muffler, which features a straight-through design. We now use a new stainless steel muffler consisting of a stainless steel one piece inlet / perforated core / outlet for smooth unrestricted flow, lap jointed all weld construction, stainless steel mesh packing and high temperature acoustical absorbing material. Our systems end in a polished 3.5" angle cut T304 stainless steel tip. Also included are the necessary clamps, hardware for an easy installation.
Our systems are a complete flex pipe back design and come standard as our 'Sport' option, which offers a deep, sporty track tone. We also offer our new 'Stealth' option upgrade at an additional cost. Even though our 'Sport' exhausts were already one of the quietest systems on the market, now our 'Stealth' exhausts offer even less sound, while not losing ANY horsepower or torque. The 'Stealth' system is a good option for anyone utilizing race headers, or for anyone that wants a relatively quiet exhaust. The 'Stealth' option is available after you add the product to your cart.
All aluminized systems come with a 2 year warranty. Our optional polished ceramic coating systems can withstand constant temperatures of 1200° Fahrenheit and come with a 3 year warranty - best for withstanding the weather. Available for the Ford Focus 8v SPI/16v Zetec/Duratec.
