
2.0L/2.3L Cosworth Duratec Engines
A new engine hand built in Cosworth's engine build facility at Northampton (UK) or Torrance (USA) by the same engine builders that build Formula 1 and other racing engines. The long block incorporates only the block, wet sump, Cosworth valve train, Cosworth pistons, Cosworth connecting rods, extrude honed ported head, cam cover and engine internals. The full engine incorporates a barrel throttle intake system, Cosworth valve train, Cosworth pistons, Cosworth connecting rods, extrude honed ported head and an auxiliary drive including alternator. Loom, ECU, Flywheel, dry sump and clutch are some of the options that are available for this.
