Single Plate Cerametallic Clutch Kits
with Lightweight Flywheel
Exedy Cerametallic clutches are
designed to handle the abuse of high
power modified engines. The friction
material can handle much more torque
and power than the stock type disc
assemblies without slipping and fading.
There will be some chatter with this
kit, but it's not excessive and well
worth the compromise to be able to put
the power to the wheels with high
output applications. This is the
perfect choice for our FocusSport Stage
1& 2 turbo kits and is HIGHLY
recommended. SFI Certified.
Note: There is a required 500 mile
break-in period with the Exedy Stage 2
clutch.

Exedy Stage 3
Hyper Single Plate Clutch Kits with
Lightweight
Flywheel
The Hyper Single clutch is engineered to
optimize performance for cars that are
moderately modified, but do not require
the capacity of a multi-plate clutch.
Similar to Exedy's multi-plate clutches,
it has a forged aluminum cover that is
anodized purple. The aluminum cover is
stiffer than a stamped cover and
therefore allows a higher lever ratio to
maintain the pedal efforts at a resonable
level. There is no clamp load deflection
as found in a pressed metal type cover. All Hyper Clutches come with a
steel/chrome moly flywheel and a
6-puck cerametallic facing, and a spring
center damper disc assembly. SFI
Certified.
